REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3451 - AN ACT
APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE HOUSE OF
REPRESENTATIVES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1962

| Section
1. The sum of three million pesos, or so much thereof
as may be necessary, is appropriated out of any funds in the National
Treasury not otherwise appropriated as additional funds for the
operation of the House of Representatives for the fiscal year ending
June 30, 1962, itemized as follows: 1. For the settlement of unpaid obligations with the Bureau of Printing P500,000.00 2. For repairs and improvements of rooms and buildings P250,000.00 3. For payment of overtime services of employees during sessions P157,000.00 4. For expenses in connection with committee meetings P250,000.00 5. For terminal leave of officials and employees P400,000.00 6. For the payment of retirement and insurance premiums P443,000.00 7. For employment of supplementary personnel for a period of three (3) months P450,000.00 8. For supplies and equipment P550,000.00 ____________ TOTAL P3,000,000.00 Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: April 25, 1962 |
