REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3464 - AN ACT
APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS TO BE DISBURSED BY THE
SECRETARY OF LABOR FOR THE EXPENSES OF THE PHILIPPINE DELEGATION TO THE
INTERNATIONAL LABOUR CONFERENCE IN GENEVA

| Section
1. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby
appropriated, out of any sum in the National Treasury not otherwise
appropriated, in addition to the sum of eighty-four thousand seven
hundred pesos already appropriated under Republic Act Numbered
Thirty-one hundred, to be disbursed by the Secretary of Labor for the
expenses of the Philippine Delegation to the International Labour
Conference in Geneva. Sec. 2. The amount appropriated herein shall be carried in the annual budget of the Department of Labor beginning the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-two-nineteen hundred sixty-three as an addition to the sum of eighty-four thousand seven hundred pesos appropriated by Republic Act Numbered Thirty-one hundred. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 16, 1962. |
