CHANGING THE NAME OF ALBAY NORMAL SCHOOL TO BICOL TEACHERS COLLEGE

1. The name of Albay Normal School is hereby changed
to Bicol Teachers College. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 16, 1962. |
