REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3529 - AN ACT
CONVERTING THE SANTA MARIA AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY
OF SANTA MARIA, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR, INTO AN AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE TO
BE KNOWN AS THE ILOCOS SUR AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE, AND AUTHORIZING THE
APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR

1. The Santa Maria Agricultural High School in the
Municipality of Santa Maria, Province of Ilocos Sur, is hereby
converted into an agricultural college to be known as Ilocos Sur
Agricultural College. Sec. 2. The sum of three hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-four. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
