REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3535 - AN ACT
CREATING ONE ADDITIONAL POSITION OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE
PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE Sec. SIXTEEN HUNDRED
SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED

| Section
1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred
seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the
number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Cagayan is
further amended to read as follows: "Cagayan, six assistant provincial fiscals;" Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 20, 1963 |
