REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3546 - AN ACT
PROVIDING FOR TWO ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCALS FOR THE PROVINCE OF
SURIGAO DEL SUR, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE Sec. SIXTEEN HUNDRED
SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED

| Section
1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred
seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the
number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Surigao del
Sur, is further amended to read as follows: "Surigao del Sur, two assistant provincial fiscals." Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon it approval. Approved: June 21, 1963 |
