REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3569 - AN ACT
CONSTITUTING THE FIRST CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT OF THE PROVINCE OF CEBU
INTO A SEPARATE ENGINEERING DISTRICT

| Section
1. Any provision of law to the contrary
notwithstanding, the first congressional district of the Province of
Cebu is hereby constituted into a separate engineering district to be
known as the Second Engineering District of the Province of Cebu, with
its office at the City of Danao. The district engineer for said engineering district shall be appointed in accordance with existing laws. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 21, 1963 |
