REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3581

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3581 - AN ACT GRANTING PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP TO MR. NARCISO PADILLA

Section 1. Mr. Narciso Padilla is hereby granted Philippine citizenship with all the rights, privileges and prerogatives appurtenant thereto.

Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
