REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8764 - AN ACT
ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAGABAG,
PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BAGABAG NATIONAL HIGH
SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

Section
1. There shall be established, under the supervision
of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high
school in the Municipality of Bagabag, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, to be
known as the Bagabag National High School. chanroblesvirtuallawlibrary
Sec. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act. chanroblesvirtuallawlibrary Sec. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. chanroblesvirtuallawlibrary Sec. 4.
