REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8767 - AN ACT
CONVERTING THE DON SERVILLANO PLATON MEMORIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF TINAMBAC, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR INTO A NATIONAL
HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE DON SERVILLANO PLATON MEMORIAL NATIONAL
HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

Section
1. The Don Servillano Platon Memorial High School in
the Municipality of Tinambac, Province of Camarines Sur is hereby
converted into a national high school to be known as the Don Servillano

Sec. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS) is hereby directed to implement the provisions of this Act. chanroblesvirtuallawlibrary Sec. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. chanroblesvirtuallawlibrary Sec. 4.
