REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8772 - AN ACT
SEPARATING THE CALAMBA ANNEX HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY CALAMBA,
CABADBARAN, AGUSAN DEL NORTE FROM THE AGAY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN
BARANGAY AGAY, RTR, AGUSAN DEL NORTE, AND THE SAME IS HEREBY CONVERTED
INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE CALAMBA
NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

Section
1. The existing Calamba Annex High School in Barangay
Calamba, Cabadbaran, Agusan del Norte is hereby separated from the Agay
National High School in Barangay Agay, RTR, Agusan del Norte, and the
same is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the
Calamba National High School.

The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provisions of this Act. chanroblesvirtuallawlibrar Sec. 3. All personnel, records, assets and properties, funds and obligations of the Calamba Annex High School are hereby transferred to the Calamba National High School. chanroblesvirtuallawlibrar Sec. 4. The amount necessary for the initial implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Agay National High School - Calamba Annex. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the continuous operation and maintenance of the Calamba National High School shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. chanroblesvirtuallawlibrar Sec. 5.
