REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8776 - AN ACT
ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AT STA. MARIA, MUNICIPALITY OF
FLORA, PROVINCE OF APAYAO TO BE KNOWN AS THE MAYOR RICARDO DE SAN JOSE
SR. COMPREHENSIVE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

Section
1. There is hereby established a national high school
at Sta. Maria, Municipality of Flora, Province of Apayao to be known as
the Mayor Ricardo de San Jose Sr. Comprehensive National High School. chanroblesvirtuallawlibrary
Sec. 2. The school shall offer secondary education proper as well as undertake other activities to carry out its objectives as may be authorized by the Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. chanroblesvirtuallawlibrary Sec. 3. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act. chanroblesvirtuallawlibrary Sec. 4. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. chanroblesvirtuallawlibrary Sec. 5.
