REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8781
April 27, 2000

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BATAD, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BATAD NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1. There shall be established a national high school in the Municipality of Batad, Province of Iloilo, to be known as the Batad National High School.chanrobles virtualaw library

Sec. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.chanrobles virtualaw library

Sec. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.chanrobles virtualaw library

Sec. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
