REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8782 - AN ACT
SEPARATING THE NATIVIDAD NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL ANNEX IN BARANGAY
PULUNGMASLE, MUNICIPALITY OF GUAGUA, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA FROM THE
NATIVIDAD NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL LOCATED IN BARANGAY NATIVIDAD,
MUNICIPALITY OF GUAGUA, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA AND CONVERTING THE SAME
INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE PULUNGMASLE
NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

Section
1. The Natividad National High School Annex in
Barangay Pulungmasle, Municipality of Guagua, Province of Pampanga, is
hereby separated from the Natividad National High School located in
Barangay Natividad, Municipality of Guagua, Province of Pampanga and
the same is converted into an independent national high school to be
known as the Pulungmasle National High School.
chanroblesvirtuallawlibrary Sec. 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall take the necessary steps for the immediate implementation of this Act. chanroblesvirtuallawlibrary Sec. 3. The funding requirement for the operation of the Pulungmasle National High School shall be charged to the appropriations for the current fiscal year of the Natividad National High School - Pulungmasle Annex. Thereafter, such amount as may be necessary for the implementation of this Act is hereby authorized to be appropriated in the annual General Appropriations Act. chanroblesvirtuallawlibrary Sec. 4.
