REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8795 - AN ACT
NAMING THE 2ND MANDAUE-MACTAN BRIDGE IN THE PROVINCE OF CEBU AS THE
MARCELO B. FERNAN BRIDGE

Section
1. The 2nd Mandaue-Mactan Bridge situated in the
Province of Cebu is hereby named as the Marcelo B. Fernan Bridge.
Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 27, 2000 |
