PHILIPPINE LAWS, STATUTES AND CODES - CHAN ROBLES VIRTUAL LAW LIBRARY

Section 1.   The San Narciso Vocational High School in the Municipality of San Narciso, Province of Quezon is hereby converted to Bondoc Peninsula Technological Institute.

Sec. 2.   The amount necessary for the initial implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the San Narciso Vocational High School. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the continuous operation and maintenance of the Bondoc Peninsula Technological Institute shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Sec. 3.   This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

in accordance with Article VI, Sec. 27(1) of the Constitution)
