AN ACT CONVERTING THE SAN NARCISO
VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN NARCISO, PROVINCE OF
QUEZON TO BONDOC PENINSULA TECHNOLOGICAL INSTITUTE AND APPROPRIATING
FUNDS THEREFOR

Sec. 2. The amount necessary for the initial implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the San Narciso Vocational High School. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the continuous operation and maintenance of the Bondoc Peninsula Technological Institute shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. (Note: Lapsed into law on August 11, 2001
without the signature of the President,
in accordance with Article VI, Sec. 27(1) of the Constitution) |
