AN ACT DECLARING THE FIRST DAY OF
MARCH OF EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF
MUNTINLUPA TO BE KNOWN AS THE MUNTINLUPA CITY CHARTER DAY
