AN ACT DECLARING THE FIFTEENTH
(15TH) DAY OF AUGUST OF EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN
THE MUNICIPALITY OF CATARMAN, PROVINCE OF CAMIGUIN, TO BE KNOWN AS "CATARMAN DAY."
