REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9234


 

AN ACT RENAMING THE CAMARINES SUR PORTION OF THE QUIRINO HIGHWAY AS ROLANDO R. ANDAYA HIGHWAY


 
Section 1. The existing Quirino Highway starting from the Camarines Sur-Quezon boundary up to the Municipality of Sipocot, Province of Camarines Sur is hereby renamed Rolando R. Andaya Highway.

Sec. 2. The Department of Public Works and Highways is hereby directed to implement the provisions of this Act.

Sec. 3. All laws, decrees, orders and issuances or any part thereof inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.

Sec. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
