REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9249


 

AN ACT RENAMING THE BULACAN NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL STATE COLLEGE (BNASC) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN ILDEFENSO, PROVINCE OF BULACAN, AS THE BULACAN AGRICULTURAL STATE COLLEGE (BASC).


 
Section 1. The Bulacan National Agricultural State College (BNASC) in the Municipality of San Ildenfonso, Province of Bulacan, is hereby renamed as the Bulacan Agricultural State College (BASC)

Sec. 2. All laws or decrees inconsistent with the provision of this Act are hereby deemed amended accordingly.

Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
