AN ACT AMENDING SECTION 29 OF BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 129, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE "JUDICIARY REORGANIZATION ACT OF 1980"

Section 1. Section 29 of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129, otherwise known as Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980 is hereby amended to read as follows:chan robles virtual law library

Seven branches for Bacolod City;

Two branches for Dumagueta City;

Sec. 2. The said additional Municipal Trial Court branch shall be known as "Municipal Trial Court of San Pablo Branch II, and Branch III", to be located in the City of San Pablo, Province of Laguna.chan robles virtual law library

Sec. 3. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, shall immediately include in its program and issue such rules and regulations for the operationalization of the Municipal Trial Court of San Pablo City Branches II and III, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.chan robles virtual law library
