PHILIPPINE LAWS, STATUTES AND CODES - CHAN ROBLES VIRTUAL LAW LIBRARY

Section 1. The Zambales Subdistrict Engineering Office is hereby upgraded into a regular engineering district office. It shall be known as the Zambales Second Engineering District Subsequently, the existing engineering district office located at Iba, Zambales shall be known as the Zambales First Engineering District.

Sec. 2. The Zambales Second Engineering District shall assume jurisdiction over infrastructure and public works in all barangays of the First Congressional District of Zambales.

Sec. 3. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall include in its program the funding requirements for operationalization of the Zambales Second Engineering District in the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Sec. 4. This act shall take effect upon its approval.
