AN ACT CONVERTING THE
LUBUAGAN-BATONG BUHAY PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUBUAGAN,
PROVINCE OF KALINGA INTO A NATIONAL ROAD AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR.

Sec. 2. The Secretary of the DPWH shall include in its program the improvement, maintenance and repair of the said road, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. (Note: Lapsed into law on August 8,
2004, without the signature of the President, in accordance with
Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution)
