| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1076 - AN
ACT TO AMEND PARAGRAPH TWO, SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED NINE
HUNDRED AND FORTY-EIGHT |
| Section 1.
Paragraph two, section one of Republic Act Numbered Nine hundred and
forty-eight is amended to read as follows: "2. For the
construction of the North General Hospital Building, including the
purchase of the site, if necessary, and of hospital equipment; one
million five hundred thousand pesos: Provided, That not more than two
hundred thousand pesos may be used for the purchase, reclamation or
development of the site."
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 14, 1954 |
