| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1095 - AN ACT TO
AMEND SECTION TWO THOUSAND AND SEVENTY-ONE OF THE REVISED
ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED |
| Section 1.
Section two thousand and seventy-one of the Revised Administrative
Code, as amended by section one of Commonwealth Act Numbered Two
hundred and thirty-three, is hereby further amended to read as follows:
"Section 2071.
Qualifications of provincial officer. — No person shall be eligible to
a provincial office unless at the time of the election he is a
qualified voter of the province, has been a bona fide resident therein
for at least one year prior to the election, and is not less than
twenty-five years of age."
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 15, 1954 |
