| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1228 - AN
ACT CREATING AN ADDITIONAL POSITION OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN
THE PROVINCE OF BATANGAS, AMENDING FOR THIS PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN
HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATION CODE, AS AMENDED |
| Section 1. The provision of section sixteen hundred
seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, relative
to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of
Batangas, is further amended to read as follows: "Batangas, four assistant
provincial fiscals;" Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.cralaw Approved: June 1, 1955 |
