| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1398 - AN ACT
APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWENTY MILLION PESOS TO IMPLEMENT REPUBLIC ACT
NUMBERED EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY-NINE WHICH CREATED A REVOLVING FUND FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION OR IMPROVEMENT OF IRRIGATION SYSTEMS |
| Section 1. The
sum of twenty million pesos is hereby appropriated, from the amount
authorized under Republic Act Numbered One thousand or any other Act of
similar nature, which shall constitute the revolving fund created under
Republic Act Numbered Eight hundred ninety-nine, for the construction,
reconstruction or improvement of irrigation systems as approved by the
National Economic Council and in accordance with the provisions of said
Republic Act Numbered Eight hundred ninety-nine. Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: September 8, 1955 |
