| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1438 - AN ACT
APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE YEARLY EXPENSES
OF THE PHILIPPINE REPRESENTATIVES AND THEIR ADVISERS TO THE
INTERNATIONAL LABOUR CONFERENCE |
| Section 1. The
sum of seventy thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary,
is hereby appropriated to cover the transportation, sundry and other
expenses of the Philippine representatives and their advisers to the
International Labour Conference, meetings and seminars of the
International Labour Office and its committees. The per diems of the
delegates or representatives shall not exceed fifty pesos and those of
the advisers not more than forty pesos. The aforesaid sum shall hereafter be included in the General Appropriation for the Department of Labor as long as the Philippines is a member of the International Labour Organization. Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 14, 1956 |
