AMENDING ITEM ONE, SUBPARAGRAPH i, UNDER PROVINCIAL CAPITOLS, PARAGRAPH
FOUR, SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWELVE HUNDRED |
| Section 1. Item
one, subparagraph i, paragraph four, section one of Republic Act
Numbered Twelve hundred, is amended to read as follows: "1. Nueva
Vizcaya Provincial Capitol —
(1) Construction of Annex to Office of Provincial Governor P5,000.00." Sec. 2. Insert the following item as Item seven, subparagraph am, paragraph four, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred to compensate for the deletion in the preceding section: "(7) Diffun
Municipal Town Hall —
Construction P10,000.00." Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 14, 1956 |
