| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1476 - AN ACT
REPEALING SECTION TWO HUNDRED NINETY-SIX, TWO HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN, TWO
HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT, TWO HUNDRED NINETY-NINE, AND THREE HUNDRED OF
COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX, AS AMENDED |
| Section 1.
Sections two hundred ninety-six, two hundred ninety-seven, two hundred
ninety-eight, two hundred ninety-nine and three hundred, Chapter Eight,
of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred sixty-six, as amended, are
hereby repealed: Provided, That all fees heretofore collected under the
above-named sections of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred
sixty-six, as amended, shall continue to be disbursed in accordance
with the provisions of the said Act. Section 2. All fees uncollected under the above-specified provisions of said Act are hereby condoned. Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 15, 1956 |
