AMENDING APPENDIX A, TITLE J, PROJECTS J-000.30 AND J-000.20 OF
REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FOURTEEN HUNDRED ELEVEN |
| Section 1.
Appendix A, Projects J-000.30 and J-000.20, of Republic Act Numbered
Fourteen hundred eleven, are hereby amended by transferring all the
figures opposite Financing Method 130 from under Bacolod City to
Dumaguete so that these items shall read as follows: "J-000.30 Bacolod City —
a. Bacolod City wharf: RB: 400: (400): (200): (200): 1 : 6 : J-000.20 Negros Oriental — a. Dumaguete — Construction of R.C. Pier: RB: 600: (600): (300): (300) 130: 300: 300: 300: ... Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 16, 1956 |
