| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1537 - AN ACT
CREATING THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF TANGCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF LANAO |
| Section 1. The
barrios of Tangcal, Berowar, Pangao, Tawinian, Lumbac, Lawigadato,
Somyorang, Bayabao, Pilingkingan, Ramain, Bagigicon, Lamaosa, Meladoc
Big and Meladoc Small and Rarab, now comprised within the Municipality
of Kolambugan, Province of Lanao, are into a distinct and independent
municipal district to be known as the municipal district of
Tangcal. Section 2. Upon the approval of this Act, the first municipal district mayor, vice-mayor and councilors of the new municipal district of Tangcal shall be appointed by the Provincial Governor. Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 16, 1956 |
