| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1679 - AN
ACT TO FURTHER AMEND SECTION TWENTY OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF DAVAO

| Section 1.
Section twenty of Commonwealth Act Numbered Fifty-one, otherwise known
as the Charter of the City of Davao, as amended by Republic Act
Numbered Thirteen hundred sixty-eight, is further amended to read as
follows: "Section 20.
The Assistant City Attorneys. — The city attorney shall have five
assistants who shall each receive a compensation as follows: the first
assistant, three thousand nine hundred sixty pesos; the second
assistant, three thousand seven hundred twenty pesos; the third
assistant, three thousand four hundred eighty pesos; the fourth
assistant, three thousand three hundred pesos; and the fifth assistant,
three thousand one hundred twenty pesos."
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 20, 1957 |
