| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1809 - AN
ACT FURTHER AMENDING THE SECOND PARAGRAPH OF SECTION SIX OF THE CHARTER
OF THE CITY OF TAGAYTAY |
| Section 1. The
second paragraph of section six of Commonwealth Act Numbered Three
hundred thirty-eight, otherwise known as the Charter of the City of
Tagaytay, as amended by Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred six, is
further amended to read as follows: "The Mayor shall receive a
compensation of six thousand pesos per annum. The city secretary shall
receive a compensation of three thousand pesos per annum. The members
of the city council, including the vice-mayor, shall each receive a per
diem of twenty pesos for each day of attendance at the session of the
city council."
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 22, 1957 |
