| Section 1. Item (e), under (17) Cebu, group III, subsection
f, section two of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and thirteen,
is amended to read as follows: "(e) Tabunoc
Primary School building Talisay — Sec. 2. Item ten, under Cebu, subsection g, section two of the same Act, is amended to read as follows: "10.
