| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2039 - AN ACT
TRANSFERRING THE SEAT OF GOVERNMENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KAYAN,
MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, FROM ITS PRESENT SITE TO THE SITE OF THE BARRIO OF
TADIAN IN THE SAME MUNICIPALITY |
| Section
1. The seat of government of the Municipality of
Kayan, Mountain Province, is transferred to the site of the barrio of
Tadian in the same municipality. Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted, without Executive approval, June 23, 1957. |
