| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2179 - AN ACT TO
RECREATE THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF IMUGAN, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA,
WHICH NAME IS TO BE CHANGED TO SANTA FE |
| Section 1. The
Municipal District of Imugan in the Province of Nueva Vizcaya is hereby
recreated. Section 2. The boundaries existing between said Municipal District of Imugan and the towns of Aritao and Kayapa before the effectivity of Executive Order Numbered Three hundred sixty-eight, series of nineteen hundred fifty, are hereby restored. Section 3. The name of Imugan is hereby changed to Santa Fe. Section 4. The seat of the municipal government shall be located in Santa Fe. Section 5. The officials of the recreated municipal district shall be appointed by the President of the Philippines. Section 6. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without executive approval, May 2, 1959. |
