| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2210 - AN ACT
PROVIDING FOR THE CREATION OF AN ADDITIONAL POSITION OF MUNICIPAL JUDGE
FOR THE CITY OF CAVITE, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SEVENTY-FOUR
OF COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED FIVE HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN |
| Section 1. The
first paragraph of section seventy-four of Commonwealth Act Numbered
Five hundred forty-seven, otherwise known as the Charter of the City of
Cavite, is amended to read as follows: "Section 74.
Regular, auxiliary and acting judges of municipal court. — There shall
be a municipal court for the City of Cavite, for which two municipal
judges and an auxiliary municipal judge shall be appointed."
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, May 15, 1959. |
