| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2249 - AN ACT
AMENDING CHAPTER SIXTY-ONE OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE SO AS TO
MAKE THE DIVISION SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS OF THE MOUNTAIN PROVINCE
EX-OFFICIO SUPERINTENDENT OF CITY SCHOOLS OF BAGUIO. |
| Section 1.
Chapter sixty-one of the Revised Administrative Code, otherwise known
as the Charter of the City of Baguio, is amended by inserting after
section twenty-five hundred forty-eight thereof a new section which
shall read as follows: "Section
2548-A. Superintendent of the City Schools. — The
division superintendent of schools of the Mountain Province shall be
ex-officio superintendent of city schools. He shall receive an
additional compensation payable by the city in such amount as the city
council shall fix."
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 18, 1959. |
