| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2255 - AN ACT
AUTHORIZING THE DANAO NATIONAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DANAO,
PROVINCE OF CEBU, TO ACCEPT DONATIONS IN ANY FORM, WHETHER IN CASH,
MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT OR MEDICINES, FROM THE DURANO AND COMPANY, INC.,
AND THE UNIVERSAL CEMENT COMPANY, INC |
| Section 1. The
Danao National Hospital in the Municipality of Danao, Province of Cebu,
is hereby authorized to accept donations in any form, whether in cash,
materials, equipment of medicines, from the Durano and Company, Inc.,
and the Universal Cement Company, Inc., for the operation and
maintenance of said hospital. Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 18, 1959. |
