| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2283 - AN ACT
PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF EMERGENCY HOSPITALS IN THE PROVINCE
OF ILOILO |

Section 1.
There shall be established, under the direct
supervision of the Director of Hospitals, one emergency hospital in the
Municipality of Guimbal, one emergency hospital in the Municipality of
Lambunao, and one emergency hospital in the Municipality of Sara, all
in the Province of Iloilo, with twenty-five beds capacity for each such
emergency hospital. Section 2. The emergency hospitals established under this Act shall be financed in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred thirty-nine. Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 19, 1959 |
