| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2401 - AN ACT
REPEALING REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED NINETEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE |

Section 1.
Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred seventy-five, entitle "An Act to
grant to Amador Dayola and R. Mulet (partners) a franchise for an
electric light, heat and power system in the Municipality of Panabo,
Province of Davao," is hereby repealed. Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without executive approval, June 21, 1959. |
