| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2429 - AN ACT
ESTABLISHING A MARINE FISHERIES LABORATORY AT GUIUAN, SAMAR,
AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR |

Section 1. There
shall be established and maintained under the supervision of the
Director of Fisheries a marine fisheries laboratory in the Municipality
of Guiuan, Province of Samar. Section 2. The sum of three hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purposes of this Act during the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and fifty-nine. Thereafter, the necessary amount for the purpose shall be included in the General Appropriation Act of each year. Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without executive approval, June 21, 1959. |
