| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2534 - AN ACT
CREATING THE BARRIO OF TAGPUPUNGAN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BABAK,
PROVINCE OF DAVAO |

Section 1. The
sitio of Tagpupungan in the Municipality of Babak, Province of Davao,
is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said
municipality to be known as the barrio of Tagpupungan. Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without executive approval, June 21, 1959. |
