| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2660 - AN ACT
CREATING THREE ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN
THE PROVINCE OF SAMAR, AMENDING FOR THIS PURPOSE Section SIXTEEN
HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED |

Section
1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred
seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative of the
number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Samar, is
amended to read as follows: "Samar, ten assistant provincial
fiscals;"
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 18, 1960 |
