| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2669 - AN ACT
CREATING ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCALS IN THE
PROVINCES OF CEBU AND PANGASINAN, AMENDING FOR THIS PURPOSE SECTION
SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS
AMENDED |

Section
1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred
seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, relative
to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the provinces of Cebu
and Pangasinan, is further amended to read as follows: "Cebu, thirteen assistant
provincial fiscals;
"Pangasinan, eighteen assistant provincial fiscals;" Section 2. This act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 18, 1960 |
