| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2689 - AN ACT
FURTHER AMENDING SECTION ELEVEN OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED THREE HUNDRED
TWENTY-EIGHT, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CALBAYOG |

Section
1. The last paragraph of Section eleven of Republic
Act Numbered Three hundred twenty-eight, as amended, is further amended
to read as follows: "The members of the Municipal
Board shall each receive a salary of two thousand four hundred pesos
per annum: Provided, however, That they shall not be entitled to
collect any per diems and travelling allowances when performing their
duties within the city."
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 18, 1960 |
