REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2748

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2748 - AN ACT AMENDING ITEM (5), UNDER "d. BATAAN," PARAGRAPH 2, TITLE G, SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWELVE HUNDRED

Section 1. Item (5) under "d. Bataan," paragraph 2, Title G, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred is amended to read as follows:

"(5)    Abucay Communal Irrigation System,
    (Labangan River) —
    Construction of diversion works    P15,000.00"

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
