Section 1. Project numbered D-143.2, for the Province
of Aklan, page 928-A, Title D, Appendix A of Republic Act Numbered
Sixteen hundred thirteen, is hereby amended to read as
follows: "D-143.2 Aklan
Waterworks, for the towns GOB 500 (500) (300) (200) 4 New project of
Makato, Kalibo, Banga, New Washington, Lezo, Malinao, Numancia and
Tangalan.
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960. |
