| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2809 - AN ACT
ESTABLISHING A SCHOOL OF NURSING AND MIDWIFERY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CATARMAN, PROVINCE OF SAMAR, TO BE ATTACHED TO THE NORTHERN SAMAR,
GENERAL HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR |

Section 1. There
shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Medical
Services, a school of nursing and midwifery in the Municipality of
Catarman, Province of Samar, to be attached to the Northern Samar
General Hospital. Section 2. The Director of Medical Services shall, with the approval of the Secretary of Health, issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry into effect the purpose of this Act. Section 3. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school. Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without Executive
